Laura G. Sabbadini is a senior manager with over 30 years of experience in managing and developing packaging operations for B2B and B2C markets. She follows the evolution of the EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR, Reg. (EU) 2025/40) closely, supporting companies in the transition toward sustainable, compliant business models.
Across her career she has led international branches, coordinating complex operations between the Americas, Europe, North Africa and Asia, and has managed critical projects in corporate reorganisation, revenue recovery and the launch of new products and services. She specialises in business development and reverse logistics, with a focus on optimising logistics processes and long-term contracts with international clients and suppliers.
She delivers training and webinars on the PPWR and its operational application across the packaging supply chain. On Evalda she authors the guides to PPWR compliance and CONAI eco-modulation.
